1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive in 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.
2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are herbal and handcrafted, all sales are final for health and safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
3. How do I brew your herbal teas?
Most teas can be brewed by adding 1–2 teaspoons of herbs per cup of hot water, steeping for 10–15 minutes, and then straining. For stronger medicinal benefits, steep longer or make an overnight infusion. Each tea listing includes special brewing notes if needed.
4. Can I book herbal consultations or services online?
Yes! You can schedule consultations and holistic services directly through our website. Just head to the Services section to book.
5. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to order, please reach out to us directly for options.
6. Can I request a custom blend?
Absolutely! Custom teas, tinctures, or wellness kits are available. Use our Contact Page or email us at infinitecrehealing@gmail.com with your request.
7. Are your products FDA approved?
Our products are not evaluated by the FDA. They are handcrafted herbal remedies meant to support wellness. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting new herbs, especially if you’re pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.
